Honey is one of the world's best kept beauty secrets.
Honey has been used as part of healthy skin care routines for centuries.
Because honey has enzymes, vitamins and other minerals that are beneficial to the skin, using honey as part of a regular beauty regimen is smart and economical.
Apply honey directly to the skin:
To cut down the stickiness, apply to damp skin and then rinse off with a warm cloth.
As a humectant, honey draws moisture into the skin, making it a good choice for dry skin.
It also has antimicrobial properties that inhibit the growth of bacteria and help prevent acne.
Honey is good for all skin types. It is the purest organic skin care product available.
