Organic Meats
Baby Food

Christian organic baby

Using organic meats is the first step to making organic baby food that will nourish your growing baby with everything nature intended.

And who would know better? Mother Nature or big business America?

The benefits of organic food is widespread and spreading more everyday as new studies are being revealed.

Check back with me from time to time to see the latest news from the organic world!

Meats:

Organic beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, venison, and buffalo are all good choices.

Steam (or boil) the organic meat until cooked thoroughly. If using ground varieties cook over low heat. Puree in a blender or food processor with steam distilled water or organic broth until a smooth texture is reached.

baby Christian DO NOT use pork! I don't consume pork any more. After all these years, I've read enough about the subject to say you and your family should not eat pork.

Here is just one reason:

Pigs have one the quickest, yet poorest digestive systems of any animal. A pig can completely digest its food in four hours. Since it processes everything so fast, the toxins aren’t removed and they are stored in the pig’s fat.

Freeze the organic baby food in small non-toxic containers.

I haven't had much luck finding non-plastic or non-aluminum ice cube trays which are an ideal portion size for babies. If you find any please let me know with the contact link below.

How about small tea lite candle holders made of glass or steel?

You could try lining traditional trays with pieces of wax paper so the food doesn't come into direct contact with the plastic.

After they are frozen you can transfer them to other non-toxic containers. "Mason Jars" do the job nicely.

When you are ready to feed your baby a portion of your organic baby food just heat and serve. Put what you need each day in the fridge in the morning.
