Organic Meats
Recipes

I love going into the organics section of my grocery store these days. Organic meats, vegetables, cookies, juices and tons more!

There is always something new or something I've been waiting for them to add to their selection.

I use to have to run to different places to get my groceries completed, not any more! Which also means the prices are more competitive. Win and Win!

I hope you will find one or two recipes here that you love.

I know you will find lots of valuable information on organic food health to make you think about taking the Organic Challenge today!

Quickie Organic Beef Stroganoff

1 lb ground organic beef, lean

8 oz container of organic sour cream

1 can organic cream of mushroom soup

8 oz organic egg noodles (small or medium)

Sea salt and organic black pepper to taste

3 tbs organic worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350*

Combine all ingredients. Shape into a nice, even loaf and place in glass baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

*You won't find any pork recipes on this site. After all my research over the years, I am convinced pork is one meat we should not consume. Here is just one of the reasons:

Pigs have one the quickest, but poorest digestive systems. A pig can completely digest its food in four hours, and they will eat anything including their own waste.

Since pigs processes everything so fast, toxins aren’t removed, they are stored in their fat, making their meat poison.
