An organic food diet will cause you to lose weight effortlessly.

Even if you don't follow a low-fat diet, you can lose weight by eating organic food. How?

The food and diet industry want to make money and will do what ever it takes to get it. Including adding things to conventional foods like chemicals that make you hungry!

Chemicals to make you fat! Chemicals to get you addicted!

What can you do? Eating an organic food diet is the only way to protect yourself.

Read labels, you should know what you put into your body.

Don't eat anything man made.

Have you seen the ingredient "spices" or how about "natural flavorings".

These are some of the deceptive terms used to cover up what the actual ingredients are.

If they can list garlic and oregano why not the mysterious "spices".

Certainly do not eat anything with ingredients you can't even pronounce, who knows where they came from. Well, technically some laboratory somewhere, but you know what I mean.

The following organic recipes are low-fat but please don't deprive yourself of trying other delicious foods in your organic food diet and enjoy eating again.

Organic food health is my passion and I am convinced that an organic food diet is the only way to eat!

Organic Low-Fat
Salmon Cakes

8 oz can wild caught salmon, drained

1/4 cup organic green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup organic whole wheat bread crumbs

1/4 cup organic plain yogurt

1/4 tsp organic dried mustard

1/4 cup organic onion, chopped

1/4 organic garlic, crushed or powdered

1 organic egg white

Preheat oven 350*

Mix everything together and place into four greased muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 min. Serve with sauce below if desired. Or try my delicious avocado sauce on my organic fruits recipe page. Serves 4

Sauce

1 cup organic plain yogurt

1/2 cup organic cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

2 tbs organic onion, chopped

1/2 tsp organic dill weed

1/2 tsp organic lemon juice

Mix everything in a stainless steel pan and heat. Serve over salmon cakes.

Facts:

  • Yogurt boosts immune function.
  • Protects the stomach lining from toxins.
  • Has been shown to shrink malignant tumors.

Apples slow down the passage of food, giving you a feeling of being full.

That full feeling aids in weight loss.

An organic food diet containing just one apple a day would be a great start for anyone looking to lose weight. Try eating a couple slices 30 minutes before each meal.

Organic Tarragon Chicken with
Carrots and Linguine

6 oz organic linguine

1 cup organic chicken broth

1 lb organic chicken breast, boneless, skinless

1 small organic onion, sliced

2 organic carrots, julienned (I prefer baby carrots cut in quarters lengthwise)

1 cup organic mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup fresh organic parsley, minced

1/2 tsp organic tarragon, dried

grated organic Parmesan cheese, garnish

Cook linguine, drain and set aside. In a large stainless steel or cast iron skillet, heat broth over med heat. Cut chicken into strips and add to broth.

Separate onion slices into rings and add to the broth. Cook for 7 min or so, stirring frequently. Add carrots, mushrooms, parsley and tarragon.

Heat till chicken is cooked through, about 5 min. Add linguine and toss to combine. Heat until linguine is hot.

Serve warm with cheese sprinkled on top if desired. Serves 4

  • Mushrooms thin the blood.
  • Prevent cancer.
  • Stimulate the immune system.

Tammi's Tidbits: You can loose 5 to 10 lbs. just by switching your table salt to sea salt and your sugar to organic sugar!

Do not use artificial sweeteners, they are pure poisons.

An organic food diet is easy to "stick" to.

Easy Organic Chicken

6 organic chicken breast, skinless and boneless

1 large organic onion, sliced

1 1/2 lb organic new potatoes, skin on

3 cups organic baby carrots

5 organic garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp organic thyme, dried

1 cup organic rice wine vinegar

1 1/2 cups organic chicken broth

3 tbs cold pressed canola oil

2 tbs organic parsley, chopped

Dash organic cayenne pepper

Preheat oven 475*

In a large stainless steel baking pan, add vegetables, place chicken breasts on top. Mix seasonings, garlic, vinegar and broth. Pour over the chicken and veggies and sprinkle with parsley and oil.

Bake for 1 hour, turning chicken once, until chicken is lightly browned. Serves 6

  • Onions benefit lung infections, colds and hayfever.
  • Increase HDL (healthy cholesterol) levels.
  • Help lower blood pressure.

Organic Tuna Steaks
with Orange and Ginger

4 wild caught tuna steaks

1 cup organic orange juice

1/4 tsp organic ginger, dried

2 tsp cold pressed canola oil

4 organic green onions, chopped for garnish if desired

Combine juice, ginger and oil. Place tuna steaks in a glass baking dish and pour juice mixture over them. Marinate for about 30 min.

Preheat broiler or grill. Reserve the liquid from tuna marinade, place tuna steaks under the broiler and cook till cooked through. About 4-5 min on each side.

Heat left over marinade just till bubbly. Spoon over steaks and sprinkle with green onions.Serves 4

Facts:

  • The omega-3 fatty acids found in tuna help control viral infections.
  • Help prevent breast cancer.
  • Improves function of the glandular system.
