Moderation is an important key to everything in life.
Doing anything to excess will have detrimental consequences. This is especially true for food.
If you ate nothing but organic apples, you would not be healthy for very long.
That's why nature provides such vast varieties of foods for us to consume, nature wants us to be organically healthy and happy!
Moderation in general is vitally important as well.
We all know addiction to anything is not healthy.
Workaholics suffer from stress that affects their immune system and heart.
Drug addicts and alcoholics are definitely unhealthy and even look sickly after awhile.
Even people addicted to working out suffer physically from over doing it, then suffer mentally by feeling they are some how inadequate.
Moderation in all we do.
You can avoid these kind of feelings of guilt and inadequacies by remembering everything in moderation.
Everything from the activities that bring joy to your life, to the "sinful" foods that bring you pleasure.
My organic lifestyle is not so strict that I can't enjoy a "cheat" once in a while even if they are considered "bad" for me.
Organic nutrition does not just stop because I eat an occasional Philly cheese steak or indulge in a restaurant meal once in a while.
My organic diet ensures that any toxins that may be in my "treats" do not adversely affect my overall organic health.
Most food indulgences can be made at home with organic ingredients, making them less "sinful". Even if you can't find all the necessary ingredients organic.
I haven't found organic hoagie rolls yet, but I can make the rest of the ingredients for cheese steaks with organic beef, organic cheese, and organic onions and they taste terrific!
Moderation is the key.
Don't deprive yourself of the simple pleasure of good food. Eat an organic food diet and enjoy your treats guilt free! There are even great organic "junk foods" available.
The medical establishment that reports to us that eating certain foods are affecting our health, have reversed these opinions time and time again. Stop listening to them, they want your money not your health.
Eat what ever organic foods you want and you can be healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.
It's just common sense that foods that are free of chemicals and grown the way nature intended will be healthier.
There is no logical argument against that. I don't need a doctor to tell me, what common sense already tells me, and you shouldn't either.
An organic food diet with moderation will keep you around for a long time, disease free.
