Because big business wants us to be fat.

Fat people make them billions of dollars.

They like billions of dollars. They are scoundrels and will do what ever it takes to make those billions of dollars, including lie, cheat, steal and worse.

The only way to beat them at their own game is to buy organic food.

Your organic food health and weight loss is guaranteed with the only food label that has strict inspections and regulations which conventional farming and food producers don't have.

Just buy organic food, eat organic food, and rid your body of the secret additives that make you gain weight, keep you hungry and make you sick and addicted.

The first and biggest step to effortless weight loss is to buy organic food.

Some of the following tips you may have heard before and some I hope you will try. All of them are very easy.

Water

Drink only steam distilled water. It is the purest of any water.

Tap water is toxic.

Drink a glass of water immediately upon rising in the morning.This starts the body's metabolism and cleansing.

Drink eight to ten glasses of steamed distilled water a day. I get my steamed distilled water for less than .75 cents a gallon at my grocery store.

I cannot stress water enough.

Most Americans are dehydrated which leads to many health problems.

You must flush the "secret additives" from your body with pure, clean, clear water.

Toxins build up in our bodies causing headaches, muscle aches and extreme fatigue.

Pure steamed distilled water flushes these toxins out. Buying organic food will keep the toxins out.

If big business could profit from charging a high price for water as an aid in healing, they would do it in a heart beat!

WHAT schedule?

There is no schedule.

Buy organic food and don't eat after 6:00 pm.

If this is too scary, stop eating at least two hours (preferably three) before bedtime.

Your body can't process food properly if it's sleeping. It has other important jobs to do while sleeping.

Eat your heaviest meal (dinner) as early as possible.

I like having my dinner no later than 4:00 pm. Then I have a snack around 6:00 or 7:00 pm.

Look at this way...you can eat anything organic all day long!

Appetite Suppressing

Try eating a couple of apple slices 30 minutes before your meals. The pectin in apples slows the absorption of food, giving you a feeling of fullness.

I don't exactly care for grapefruit but it beats an hour on the treadmill!

Spice up your life!

Adding organic hot spices to your organic food diet will help you loose weight.

Hot peppers increase your metabolism and make you burn fat quicker.

Tammi's Tidbits: Try adding 2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of steam distilled water and drink before your meals. This amazing elixir helps eliminate fat cells from your body.

You know it's true.

These foods are so bad for your overall health.

Once you have seen the difference buying organic food makes in your life you won't miss these addicting poisons.

Little Story: After going organic and forcing my son to do the same (maniacal laugh), the first Christmas I got him McD's french fries as a treat. He was delighted. The next year I offered him the same treat and he turned it down! What kid turns down McD's french fries?! An organic kid that's who. Buy organic food and your kids will be healthier and wiser for it.

Diet Foods and Diet Sodas

These products are made to be addicting, not to help you lose weight.

You could drink regular organic sodas with good old organic sugar and lose weight! These are delicious by the way.

Diet products actually make you fat.

The makers of diet products need you buy more diet products, they don't care if that means selling you inferior food, as long as they can call it diet.

Fat is where the money's at!

White Sugar

Avoid anything white, it's man made, usually bleached and processed and stripped of all nutritional elements.

White sugar is addicting and makes you fat.

Use organic sweeteners, organic raw sugar, organic molasses, organic evaporated cane juice, etc.

White Flour

This is nothing but gluten packed trouble.

Gluten makes a paste in your intestines which slows down your metabolism causing all kinds of digestive problems and fatness.

Eat organic whole grain flours that have not been stripped of their fiber.

White Table Salt

Fat inducer. Use sea salt.

Sea salt is, not highly processed, natural and abundant and has trace nutrients.

Artificial Sweeteners

These are just plain bad. artificial sweeteners bad

Man made, chemical packed, toxic crap.

Nuff said.

MSG (mono sodium glutamate)poisonous MSG

This toxic chemical can cause depression, weight gain, addiction, and hunger.

It doesn't have to be listed on the label either.

It can be disguised as hydrolyzed vegetable protein, spices and artificial flavoring.

Protect yourself by buying organic foods.

I think this list of diet wreckers is way easier than some of the diet junk you hear these days.

First it was avoid calories, then it was avoid fat, then carbs got the bad wrap and guess what?

Most of us stayed fat even though we tried the "latest advice".

So give the "organic diet" a try.
