I have experienced the benefits of organic food in my own life and want to share the wealth of good health!
I am openly organic because I believe eating organic food will rid your body of toxins and protect your health.
The more organic tips you learn and incorporate in your life the better you will feel.
Here are some of my personal challenges that have been conquered by eating organic, non toxic foods:
Headaches: Like many Americans, I felt headaches were just part of our hectic lives.
They don't have to be.
Once I was eating an organic food diet my headaches went away.
Along the way I noticed if I cheated at lunch and got some kind of convenience food, I would soon develop a headache.
Stress seemed to affect this too. Controlling what I ate was the easy part, the stress was a different story.
Stress: If you meditate, do yoga, or exercise daily, you probably do good job of controlling your stress level.
I'm not really good at regular exercise or regular routines of any kind. I have to stop stress from entering my life.
I try not to let my negative thoughts overwhelm me to the point of stressing me out.
My biggest stress used to be finances. I was supporting my son on minimal money.
Every time I focused on my money worries, I would get physically sick (headaches, trouble concentrating, depression, stomachaches, and crankiness).
I have to stop my self from going there at all. I redirect my thoughts on positive things, we have a home, we have organic food, I have good friends and family, we have what we need.
This sounds simplistic, and it is, but I believe another benefit of organic food, is they free up your powerful mind, by clearing out all the toxins. This puts your mind to use for more productive thoughts.
Lethargy: Eating organic foods will rid your body of built up toxins that drain your energy by clogging up your brain and body.
Your brain and body can't fight these toxins because they are often disguised as food, so they collect and slow down your entire system.
*Another one of the benefits of organic food is increased energy!
There will be no toxins building up and the ones that are there will be processed out, giving you more energy.
I had increased energy as soon as I was eating organic foods!
Leg Cramps: These got really bad for me at one time, waking me up in the middle of the night in terrible pain.
So I did what I always do. I researched the subject and found one of the first signs of dehydration is muscle cramps.
My most consumed beverage at that time was coffee, caffeine does not hydrate.
I was drinking little water at this time, unfortunately. So I cut back on coffee (from 10-12 cups a day to 3-4!) and started drinking more steam distilled water.
Challenge Conquered!
The improvements were immediate.
I could almost feel my leg muscles loosening.
Finally pain free sleep!
This is such an easy step to take for yourself if you suffer from leg cramps.
Drink steamed distilled water and feel the improvements yourself.

Taking charge of your own health is vital, unfortunately too many Americans rely on their doctor to watch out for their health.
The medical profession just wants to prescribe a pill (or several pills), often times these drugs aren't even proven safe!
Please don't end up a "guinea pig" statistic, seek a holistic doctor if you must.
Stomachaches: Once you have adopted an organic lifestyle, these will cease, (don't over due fiber all at once).
What I did want to point out on the subject...as I've said before, I do cheat occasionally, and I do pay the price for that. (Here in Pa. it's cheese steaks delivered to my door, yum!)
I always got a stomachache.
I avoid this now, I don't like the thought of the toxins in the food but they taste so freaking good!
Take the Organic Challenge and you will notice this as well. Soon enough though, you'll realize, like I did, that it's just not worth it.
*Another benefit of organic food, your organic body knows poison when it eats it!
Little Story: I ended up at a friend's house during lunch time once, after converting to organic food. She graciously included me in her preparations and served me a bowl of stew.
I ate it, commenting on it's deliciousness, I finished every last drop.
Almost immediately after finishing my meal, I excused myself to the bathroom and threw up.
Of course I did not tell my friend of my sickness from her food, but I later inquired and found out it was not homemade stew but a prepared canned variety. Yuck!
No wonder I got sick. My body had not had anything that poisonous in quite a long time and had to expel it immediately!
Tammi's Tidbits: A comment I get from others when I tell them my organic revelations was "what if it's all in your head?" My answer is, it is in my head.
The way you feel physically, starts with how you feel mentally. Your mind is so powerful, it rules everything.
You must clear out the cobwebs of toxins, prescription drugs, OTC drugs, artificial foods, and additives to give your mind the chance to heal your body with all the benefits of organic foods and organic products.
I am convinced I owe my current health and contentment in life to the benefits of organic food.
It clears your mind too, so you can come with more ways to clear your life of everything from chemicals to stresses.
What more could anyone ask for but good health and contentment?
